The main target groups of the project are divided in three categories. From the one hand there are the final beneficiaries, the Roma women that are going to prepare their children in order to go to school and the Roma children that will be better prepared to face the school environment. It is expected that at least 5 Roma women are going to be trained in each country (30 women in the whole consortium) and at least 20 children in each partner country (at least 120 children). The second category of target groups are intermediary organizations (such as Roma associations, Roma women associations, NGOs working in the field) that can provide access to the final beneficiaries and can mainstream the results of the project. It is expected that at least 3 intermediate organisation are involved in such projects. Another category are the other stakeholders. This can include educational authorities, local and regional authorities, training institutions and pedagogical experts. The target is to reach 1 educational authority, 1 local or regional authority, 3 training institutions and 3 pedagogical experts in each country.
